External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar has surrounded the old governments, ranging from citizenship law and JNU issue to terrorism. S Jaishankar said that with the passage of time we have allowed problems to escalate as the citizenship issue or Article 370 or Ayodhya or GST issue. At an event in Delhi, he said, “I can definitely tell you that when I was studying at JNU, we did not see any ‘piecemeal’ gang there.”
On the issue of terrorism, the foreign minister said, when the Pathankot attack took place, Pakistan also believed who was responsible. This government is very clear about who is suffering and who is the attacker. Today, we have a stronger government today than before. We are dealing with problems with strength and determination. We are not leaving these problems for the future. No other country, like India, has suffered so much from terrorism. In view of this, we do not have to let it raise its head at any cost. Our enemies want to keep terrorism alive .
