Earlier, the ministry has also issued separate elective academic calendars for first to fifth, sixth to eighth and ninth to tenth. Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank also released an alternative academic calendar for students of 11th and 12th prepared by NCERT on Wednesday. He said that through this calendar, teachers will be able to teach children under the supervision of parents through different technologies and social media platforms. Currently, this calendar is four weeks.

In such a situation, teachers have been asked to guide such students through phone or SMS. Explain that after the release of these calendars from one to tenth, there was a lot of demand for releasing them soon for the 11th and 12th. To keep the children stress-free, parents have been asked to spend as much time with the children. Also, connect them with life skills. That is, they can also be asked to make tea in the middle of studies, to teach music or to play an instrument. In the calendar, students and teachers are also given tips to avoid stress. These include tips like getting plenty of sleep, waking up early in the morning, yoga-meditation and a balanced diet.
